Refund policy

Cancel any time

Cancel from your account page whenever you like. It takes one click and you do not have to tell us why. Cancelling stops the next payment.

You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not cut you off the moment you cancel — you have already paid for those days.

Your 14-day right to change your mind

Because this is a digital service you can normally start using immediately, UK law gives you 14 days from purchase to cancel and get your money back — unless you agreed at checkout to start straight away and acknowledged that doing so gives up that right.

We will honour it either way. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full, whatever you ticked. Arguing about a checkbox over one month's subscription is not worth anybody's time.

After 14 days

We do not refund part-used periods as a rule — cancel and you keep access to the end of it.

Two exceptions, and we will not make you fight for either:

• You were charged after cancelling — refunded in full, always.
• The site was substantially broken for a meaningful part of the period you paid for — tell us and we will sort it out.

What we will not refund for

Losing bets. Cracca publishes records and estimates, not predictions that come with a guarantee. A team that scored in its last six games is a fact about six games; it is not a promise about the seventh, and the site says so everywhere it can.

How to ask

Email hello@cracca.co.uk from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days once we have approved them — the delay after that is your bank's, not ours.
