What we collect
Your email address. Only if you sign in. It is how we recognise you when you come back, and it is the only personal detail we ask for. There is no password — we email you a one-time link instead.
Payment records, if you subscribe: which plan you are on, whether it is active, and when the current period ends. We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages; your card never touches this site.
Your settings stay in your browser. Favourite teams, favourite leagues, colour theme and odds format are stored on your own device and never sent to us. Clearing your browser data clears them, and we cannot recover them because we never had them.
What we do not collect
No name, no address, no date of birth, no marketing profile. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Who else sees it
Three companies, each doing one job:
- Supabase stores your email address and your subscription record.
- Stripe takes payment and holds the billing details. They tell us whether you are paid up; they do not tell us your card number.
- Vercel runs the site and keeps short-lived server logs.
How long we keep it
Your account details for as long as you have an account. Subscription records are kept after a subscription ends, because they are the evidence of what you paid and when — which is what a refund or a billing dispute is settled from.
Getting your data deleted
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from your account page. It removes your email address and signs you out everywhere.
One thing is deliberately kept: a one-way hash of your email address, recorded if you have taken the free trial. It cannot be turned back into your address, and it is not used to contact you or to build a profile. It exists so the trial stays a genuine one-off rather than something that can be taken repeatedly by signing up again. You can still return and subscribe at any time — just without a second free trial.
Payment records are the one thing that survives, and only because we are required to keep financial records. They are no longer attached to an account you can sign in to.
You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it — email hello@cracca.co.uk. If you think we have got any of this wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Only the ones that make signing in work. They keep you signed in and nothing else; there are no advertising or analytics cookies to consent to.
